Jim is a Principal in the Consulting practice of Ernst & Young LLP, focused on oil and gas exploration and production industry clients. He has over 25 years of experience with upstream process improvement and enabling technology across financial accounting, joint interest, production and revenue, land, supply chain, maintenance, and human resources. Jim uses this experience to assist clients with process and system assessments, business integration activities, and complex transformation projects, including ERP implementation, intelligent automation solutions, and managed services.
Prior to joining EY, Jim served as an Associate Partner, focused on developing new business and delivering engagements with clients in the oil and gas sector, involving enterprise applications and large-scale business process and information technology outsourcing.
Jim has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Southern Methodist University and has attended Executive Leadership Training at Yale University School of Management.
