As the Talent Leader of EY ifb, Imke is responsible for the design and implementation of the EY ifb talent strategy. Imke has aligned the HR strategy with the teams need, is available as a point of contact for their concerns and makes them feel at home.
Drawing on her years of experience in a wide range of HR topics, she is shaping EY ifb to grow into an excellent employer. In her role, Imke manages the full range of talent activities – employer branding, recruitment, personnel development, as well as all corporate culture-related topics.
Imke has a Diploma in Psychology from the University of Malburg.

“The workplace should be about more than just work. My goal is to create a positive employee experience at EY ifb. I am especially keen on supporting new graduates with their training requirements, developing their goals and helping them achieve them. As a contact person and coach for the managers, I help manage a wide range of management situations in a positive way and help enable them to consolidate and live the corporate values.”
