In his prior career, Douglas worked with the US Government, including with the Treasury, US Trade Representative, and the White House.
Doug holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley and an MS from MIT’s Sloan School. He is also a Non-Resident Senior Associate at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
