A member of the Taxation Section of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association and New Hampshire Bar Association, her knowledge spans business transformation, international tax, transfer pricing and legal entity rationalization.
Denise holds a BA in Economics from Boston University, a JD in Law from Suffolk University Law School and an LLM in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.
