Adam is a partner at Ernst & Young LLP based in Los Angeles and is part of the EY-Parthenon Private Equity Services advanced Manufacturing & Mobility Leadership team, where he focuses on industrial technology. He has over 15 years of consulting experience across both North America and Asia, including more than 10 years in China. His key areas of focus include market entry and growth strategy, portfolio optimization, and commercial due diligence.
Adam has significant experience working with private equity megafunds, leading middle market firms and Fortune 500 companies across the manufacturing and industrial goods sectors. Areas of specific focus include industrial automation, power transmission and motion control, electronic components and semiconductor manufacturing, electronics manufacturing services, paints and coatings, and other specialty chemicals and materials.
Adam graduated from Georgetown University with a BS in International Economics and has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
