Bangkok, 10 October 2024. EY Thailand hosted the 2024 Audit Committee Seminar, led by Songdej Praditsmanont, Chairman, Ratana Jala, Country Managing Partner, alongside Partners team. The seminar, titled “KEY concerns of Audit Committees – In the age of great transformation”, aimed to provide insights into the essential roles and considerations of audit committees in fostering effective corporate governance to prepare organizations for rapid change. This includes the use of digital technology as tools to support audit functions and drive sustainable growth. The event took place at the Athenee Hotel Bangkok.
