Bangkok, 26 October 2023: EY Thailand hosted the 2023 Audit Committee Seminar, with Songdej Praditsmanont, Chairman, leading the event alongside Partners and expert teams. The seminar, titled “Creative Accounting Frauds, Economic Updates and Trends on ESG and CO2 Emission”, aimed to provide insights into frauds in the capital market and to outline the role and responsibilities of the audit committee. The seminar also featured updates on economic, ESG directions, carbon taxes, and carbon credits market. This event took place at the Athenee Hotel Bangkok.
