Liliane is leading the Talent function in MENA, with the responsibility of planning, prioritizing and aligning the strategy to global and local views. She is accountable for executing the MENA Talent strategy and building organizational capability within the business. She also drives the effectiveness and efficiency of the Talent organization and supports them in delivering high-quality service so they can enable the business to excel and grow.
Liliane works closely with Talent function leaders to ensure MENA Talent priorities are executed and to identify improvements to drive positive change that would lead to an inclusive and engaging environment where all employees can thrive.
Liliane is a strong facilitator who is TRACOM Social style accredited and Inter-Cultural Intelligence Certified Practitioner. She has a BA in Business Administration and is an Associate Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation.
