As Managing Partner of EY-Parthenon Financial Services GmbH and as a global client service partner for a leading insurer, Christian works across geographies and service lines to help enhance the services, brand and go-to-market strategies.
Christian leads the Parthenon Insurance services in Germany, where he drives strategy business with insurers, brokers and large network of InsurTechs.
Christian also works a lot with InsurTechs and founders. As a mentor in the global Plug & Play program, he coaches various start-ups and helps them to build up business and to connect with the insurance industry.
In 2001, he founded the boutique strategy consulting organization Innovalue, which would become EY Innovalue in 2016, and has been Managing Partner ever since.
His advisory focuses on strategy development, growth and sales strategies, innovation and M&A. Typical projects include growth and market entry strategies and the development of operational models, as well as cost-cutting and restructuring projects.
Christian has a Diploma in Business Administration from International Management School Malente.
