Purandar is EY Asean and Singapore Strategy and Transactions Leader.
With decades spent in the Strategy and Transactions business, he has been involved in M&As across the globe, having served companies in Europe, the Americas and Asia since 2001.
He provides companies in Singapore and the wider Asian region with support in deal structuring, due diligence, working capital and related financing analysis and accounting consultation.
Purandar holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University in the US and is a UK-qualified Chartered Accountant.
