Jennifer is experienced in bringing together strategy and transaction knowledge with data and technology to support clients in making data-driven, strategic decisions through the merger and acquisition (M&A) lifecycle.
She has over 16 years of experience in strategy, transaction and technology advisory services. Jennifer helps clients transform their businesses through acquisitions, divestitures and technology and drives innovation.
Prior to joining EY, she worked for a global management consulting firm, where she focused on custom software and application development within the telecommunications and technology industries.
Jennifer holds a B.Eng. in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia.
How Jennifer is building a better working world
Jennifer is passionate about the importance of diversity in building technology, particularly AI, solutions. While AI has the potential to create a better working world, it also has the potential to amplify biases. Jennifer is committed to helping create diverse, effective AI solutions by building with diverse teams and data.
She is also an advocate of Women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) and has been active in programs such as Girls Who Code – a nonprofit organization that aims to close the gender gap in technology employment and to update cultural assumptions about who can be a programmer.
