Ongoing catastrophic events have accelerated the need for governments to green the economy while catalyzing economic activity and improve in meeting the needs of the society’s most vulnerable communities.

The COVID-19 pandemic has further underscored the vulnerability and interconnectedness of our world, and made urgent the need for more resilient, effective and efficient public services. On the upside, technology has uplifted economies and societies, empowering citizens while shaping their needs and behaviors.
