Jessica is the Nordic Future of Work Strategy Lead, where she is driving our Future of Work strategic development, including G2M initiatives, innovation, and market activities within EY Nordics.
Jessica has deep knowledge of change and transformation projects primarily within Future of Work area, where she focusses on EY's three B's, Bricks, Bytes and Behaviors.
Prior to joining EY, she has worked for the US State Department, a niche consulting firm, as well as within the tech and fashion industry where she focused on operational management and client delivery. Jessica is also a Board Member for IFMA Sweden, where she is part of leading the future of FM and workplace services.
Jessica holds two degrees, one in Business Adm. & Finance (B.S) and one in Political Science (B.S). from Stockholm University. Also, she has studied Management at John Cabot University, Italy, and Psychology at Raritan Valley College in the U.S.

Jessica is passionate about co-creation of exceptional work experience, where she combines insights, and creates action(s) to build impact regarding people, places, tech & sustainability. This does not only apply to her work in the market and with clients, but also for her work within EY, where she is a great champion for an exceptional work experience, including life balance, people development, and wellbeing.
She is a core believer in building a better working world, and for Jessica this really means to create sustainable solutions where we not only adhere to today’s needs in society, but we also prepare for, design and generate future proofed solutions for tomorrow.
