Fredrik is the Nordic Financial Services (FSO) Consulting leader, which means that he is responsible for our consulting services to the banks, insurance companies, and asset managers in all Nordic countries. He is also the Nordic Talent Leader, and a member of the EMEIA Financial Services Consulting Leadership team, and the Nordic Financial Services Leadership team.
Specialties: Program/project management, mergers, cost reduction, asset management and funds, risk management and regulatory/compliance (eg. MiFID I and MiFID II), investor protection, product development in financial services, business strategy & governance.
