How Denise is building a better working world

I help clients create more inclusive, healthy, diverse and innovative cultures, structures and routines through.

Identifying what is hindering them from accelerating their DEI work, and suggesting ways forward based on best practice and research.

This can mean formulating new strategies and policies, support through trainings and workshops, and implementing new ways of working for: recruitment, career development, and on how to lead inclusive meetings etc

The foundation of my DEI work is being data-driven and using an intersectional and norm-critical perspective.
