Anett Lilliehöök is a Partner at EY Sweden, responsible for M&A and Corporate Law in Sweden as well as heading up the law practice in Gothenburg. With over 18 years of experience, she provides expert advice on M&A transactions, handling both sell-side and buy-side matters, as well as related corporate law issues. Anett has significant experience in cross-border transactions and has worked with clients across various sectors, including TMT, private equity, industrial manufacturing and life science.
Before joining EY in 2020, Anett held senior roles at both national and international law firms, where she was a partner and part of the management team. She also served as M&A Group Senior Legal Counsel at a leading telecom company, gaining extensive experience in high-stakes negotiations and commercial agreements.
Anett holds a law degree from the University of Oslo, Norway and continues to deepen her expertise in M&A and corporate law matters.
