Tomasz is involved in constant consultancy for the most prominent companies at the national and European levels. It supports the energy-intensive industry in active participation in the legislative process and the public debate on planned regulatory changes. It also deals with a comprehensive assessment of the impact of the proposed changes on the operations of its clients.
He is mainly interested in issues related to sustainable development, emission allowance trading, capacity mechanisms, and the provision of ancillary services.
Regardless, Tomasz represents clients in administrative matters, including in particular proceedings for compensation for costs incurred by energy consumers related to the obligation to purchase CO2 emission allowances.
He graduated from law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński in Warsaw and an attorney apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Warsaw.
