Suwin Lee currently leads the UK&I Restructuring Tax service and the global Restructuring Tax network, experienced in global and pan-European restructurings, insolvencies and entity rationalization projects.
Suwin is also the Co-Executive Sponsor for the EY Entrepreneurial Winning WomenTM program, identifying ambitious women entrepreneurs to provide them with advice, resources and access to unlock their full potential.
Suwin started her career in Australia in 1996, focusing on Tax. She joined the global EY organization in 2001 and is now a London-based partner at Ernst & Young LLP, with over 24 years of experience in corporate tax, and working cross-border with middle-market private equity and credit funds.
Suwin earned a BCom and a LLB from the University of Queensland.

I am responsible for bringing together the right teams to assist Chinese and UK clients who invest or trade cross-border. I am a member of the Tate Members Council and have a significant interest in art and artists from developing markets.”
