His work experience spans traditional waterfall methodologies as well as agile approaches and therefore brings a ‘best of both worlds’ approach to problem solving.

Matthew has worked as a technology professional for over 22 years and has gained extensive experience in the IT services, financial services, telecommunications, retail and government industries.

Matthew leads the EY Global Testing Community for EMEIA comprising of over 870 people across multiple delivery locations.  His role includes QA and Testing Director for multiple pan-European blue-chip organisations implementing packaged software solutions and major data migrations.
