Karolina has experience in white-collar crime, internal investigations and commercial litigation. She advises on regulatory, economic sanctions and compliance issues, including the implementation and review of compliance systems.
Her practice also includes restructuring and insolvency advisory, including advice for entities at risk of insolvency and foreign creditors. She has experience in restructuring public companies and companies that are part of capital groups. She participated in a project aimed at implementing structural reforms in Polish restructuring and insolvency law conducted on behalf of the European Commission.
Karolina is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She also completed postgraduate studies in Investment Banking and Law and Economics of Capital Markets at the Warsaw School of Economics. Since 2024, she has been listed as an advocate at the Warsaw Bar Association.
