Ewa is a Senior Manager in the Banking and Finance Team at EY Law with over 12 years of experience in advising the financial sector.
At EY Law, Ewa also deals with the implementation and development of new technologies and innovation management.
Over the years, Ewa has gained extensive experience, ranging from advising as an in-house lawyer in one of the largest Polish banks, through ongoing legal services for key entities of the Polish banking sector, to innovative and unique large-scale projects for the largest Polish banks.
Ewa currently supervises and coordinates key projects in the banking sector, i.e. support in mediation proceedings in the area of mass banking and digital mortgage – a unique transformation project for the largest Polish bank.
In addition, Ewa supports clients from the banking and financial sector in ongoing regulatory advice, giving opinions on current legal requirements and documents, taking into account both regulatory requirements and the business side of the business. Regardless of the above, she advises clients on remuneration and incentive processes, including the so-called chimney laws. Ewa carries out projects for clients involving the provision of reports for clients on monitoring changes in legal regulations.
Ewa graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. Since 2010 he has been practicing as a legal advisor.
