EY lead financial and tax advisory to Cookie Information on the merger with Piwik PRO

EY SaT Poland have supported Cookie Information (“CI”), a Danish consent management platform backed by investment company Kirk Kapital, on the merger with Piwik PRO (“Piwik PRO”), a Polish developer of a privacy and data security-oriented web analytics platform.

EY SaT Poland have supported Cookie Information (“CI”), a Danish consent management platform backed by investment company Kirk Kapital, on the merger with Piwik PRO (“Piwik PRO”), a Polish developer of a privacy and data security-oriented web analytics platform.

Cookie Information is a privacy tech business headquartered in Denmark, providing a consent management platform designed for mid-to-enterprise companies. In April 2022, Kirk Kapital invested in Cookie Information to support the growth of the company and the development of new privacy solutions.

Piwik PRO is a fast-growing company headquartered in Poland, providing solutions in regards to tracking and analyzing users' behavior on websites. The Company’s product is an alternative to Google Analytics, geared towards compliance with the strictest security policies and privacy regulations around the world.
