EY-Parthenon Western Europe & Maghreb Restructuring Leader and France Growth Markets Leader
With over 30 years of experience advising clients on restructuring and growth strategy, Guillaume leads EY-Parthenon France Growth Markets and Western Europe & Maghreb Restructuring.
He joined EY-Parthenon in 2010 as Corporate Restructuring Leader and since then his previous roles have included leading EY-Parthenon France, Maghreb and Luxembourg Strategy and Transactions and EY-Parthenon EMEIA Growth Markets.
Highly experienced in corporate restructuring, Guillaume handles between 50 and 80 cases per year. He builds and maintains relationships with key restructuring stakeholders, including lawyers and bankers.
In April 2015, he was appointed General Director of Ricol Lasteyrie Corporate Finance following the alliance with EY-Parthenon.
