Channel Islands based restructuring professional with a broad range of formal and non-formal experience both off-shore and on-shore across sectors, asset classes and vehicle types.

Stuart leads the EY-Parthenon Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy team in the Channel Islands. Stuart’s experience includes formal insolvency, contingency planning, independent business reviews, cash-flow monitoring, crisis cash, accelerated mergers and acquisitions as well as solvent restructuring – acting for creditors, debtors and other stakeholders. 

A licensed insolvency practitioner, Stuart has been appointed as an office-holder by the Royal Courts of Guernsey and Jersey, the Court of Alderney and the High Court of England and Wales. 

Stuart is an executive committee member of the Association of Restructuring and Insolvency professionals, the Channel Islands member body of INSOL.

He has a BA (Hons) from The University of Oxford in History.
