“Salary is extremely important for employees. The processing must therefore be timely and accurate. We ensure it is, while assisting the client with any specific concerns they may have. What about employees' untaxed allowances? Or bonuses? We look at the methods and consequences. And we inform them in a timely manner - for example, when there are changes to the legislation.”

“I also spend a lot of time on acquisition and working with new customers. That's very exciting, because you often see areas for improvement during the initial discussion. Because we know exactly what factors are at play within a certain industry. Recently we've been helping more and more start-ups, scale-ups and international organizations set up their local payroll in the Netherlands. Then I also work closely with our global colleagues. That's interesting and educational.”
