Rolandas is responsible for driving Strategy and Transactions and delivering exceptional client service primarily in Lithuania, but also in other Baltic markets.
Rolandas has more than 19 years of experience in professional services. For the last 13 years, Rolandas has advised corporate and private equity clients on transactions in the Baltics and beyond. Rolandas is experienced in performing transaction support (due diligence) assignments, including vendor due diligence, valuations of business/intangibles/complex capital equipment, financial modelling, M&A advisory projects. Rolandas also has 6-year experience in financial audit. Throughout his career, Rolandas has served clients across a wide range of industries including energy & utilities, agriculture, retail and consumer products, manufacturing, real estate, financial services, telecommunications, technology, media and entertainment, transportation, construction materials/construction and design.
Rolandas is a member of ACCA since 2007.
Rolandas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Economics from Vytautas Magnus University, Lithuania.
