Rich has been a leader of transformational divestitures for more than a decade, including carve-out sales, tax-free spins and Reverse Morris Trust (RMT) transactions. He is currently the EY-Parthenon Americas Growth Leader. Previously, he was the global lead for the only organization with globally-dedicated divestitures services that span all functional areas, including finance, operations and tax.

With more than 20 years of public accounting experience that began as an assurance practitioner, Rich has spent a large portion of his career providing strategy and transactions to corporations and private equity firms.

Rich holds a BSc and an MSc in Accounting from the University of Florida. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
