She has completed business leadership modules at Harvard Business School and has a track record of advising multinational groups across the entire tax lifecycle.
How Ratna is building a better working world
Ratna co-founded the platform ‘Tax Matters ̶ Women & Taxes’ in 2010, in which female top tax practitioners from the Dutch government, the industry and EY debate over a variety of international tax topics.
“I’m fortunate to have had great mentors throughout my career, including female role models. Now it’s my turn to be one for the next generations.
EY global telecommunications teams across the globe are multidisciplinary and truly diverse: across gender, nationality and generation. This adds great value to EY clients and people. I’m very proud to be part of that.”
