How Sonja is building a better working world

For me, “Building a better working world” means, above all, fostering and advancing the diversity of work community. Being kind and polite and respecting and appreciating all people – from clients to co-workers – makes us go a long way!

A team that consists of people with different kinds of strengths and life experiences and different life situations usually leads to the best result also from the client’s point of view.
