Advising international clients on multiple M&A transactions on continues bases.

The recent and ongoing engagements include e.g. vendor due diligence of a Finnish multinational group disposing of a business line based in the UK and Germany, sell side tax structuring relating to a disposal of businesses in approximately 20 countries by a Finnish multinational group, planning of fund structure in Luxembourg of Finnish based real estate player and defending of an acquisition structure for a foreign client against Finnish tax authorities.
