Mikko Reinilä

Mikko is an Associate Partner at EY Advisory Oy, Enterprise Risk team, based in Helsinki Finland.

Mikko re-joined EY in March 2022, having worked for the past 8 years as Group Head of Compliance Development and as Group Head of Risk and Assurance in a multinational corporation.

Mikko has over 23 years of experience in leading and developing business governance, risk & compliance, internal controls, and internal audit as well as in executing related area business transformations including utilization of various technology enablers for the needed changes.

Mikko has worked with clients across multitude industries, including e.g. power & utilities, renewable products, industrial products, consumer products and the financial services industries.

Mikko holds degree of Master of Science, Economics.
