As the EY Americas Vice Chair – Finance & Operations, Bill oversees all financial and operational aspects of the EY organization in the Americas. His responsibilities include making key decisions on strategic investments, enablement and expense management, and fostering a strong organizational culture.
Bill is passionate about transforming our business, enhancing operational efficiency, maintaining a strong focus on quality and developing our people. He brings sound financial strategy, business insight, deep understanding of the EY organization and processes, and extensive experience running a P&L.
Previously Bill served as the EY Americas Assurance Deputy Vice Chair, overseeing all aspects of the Americas Assurance strategy, and as the Houston Office Managing Partner
With 30 years of experience, Bill has worked with large companies on complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, international expansion, debt and equity issuances, equity method investments, and IT system conversions.
He holds a BBA in Accounting from Baylor University.
