Leonas is a Tax and Law leader in the Baltic States, Central, Eastern and South-eastern European & Central Asian (CESA) region, North Cluster TAX Leader. Prior to this role, Leonas was a partner in EY Lithuania and led International Tax Services practice.
Leonas has wide experience in taxation matters in both national and international contexts. He focuses on international taxation and transfer pricing. Sector wise, Leonas has gained the most experience in Oil&Gas, the financial industry and retail trade clients.
Leonas holds a Master’s degree in Audit and Financial Accounting from Vilnius University. Leonas is also a member of several specialised investors’ working groups and a speaker at various conferences and EY’s client seminars.
