Leonas Lingis is the Managing Partner in Baltics.
Pior to Managing Partner appointment in 2024, Leonas was Tax and Law leader in the Baltic States, Central, Eastern and Southeastern European & Central Asian (CESA) region, North Cluster TAX Leader, a partner in EY Lithuania and led International Tax Services practice.
Leonas has wide experience in business wide matters both in a national and international context. He focuses on understanding the core matters clients are facing. Sector wise, Leonas has build the largest experience in Oil&Gas, financial industry and retail trade clients.
Leonas holds a Master’s degree in Audit and Financial accounting from Vilnius University. Leonas is also a member of several specialized investors working groups, speaker at various conferences and EY’s client seminars.
