Søren is a partner at EY with over 25 years of audit and advisory experience, specializing in internationally oriented companies, including publicly traded and fund-owned entities. He was stationed in England for a two-year period.
His audit and advisory experience include initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) financial reporting, business analysis and strategic planning. Søren is well-versed in valuations, financial reporting, internal controls, risk management, corporate and fund governance, advising audit committees, and establishing whistleblower functions, board evaluations, incentive schemes, and compensation reporting.
With additional experience in the life science and logistics sectors, Søren is a state-authorized auditor and holding an MBA (cand.merc.aud.). He has participated in various management programs at INSEAD (Understanding the Client’s Strategic Agenda and Leading Global High Performing Teams) and the University of St. Gallen (From Strategy to Success).
