Augusto is the EY Americas Financial Services International Tax and Transaction Services Leader, bringing over 18 years of experience serving global tax clients. Prior to this position, Augusto led Ernst & Young LLP’s Financial Services Tax practice in South Florida, where he successfully built a team and developed key client relationships. He also served as the EY Global Tax Account Leader on strategic accounts, overseeing delivery of tailored and effective tax strategies to clients. Augusto is a licensed lawyer in New York and Rio de Janeiro. He earned an LLM in International Tax from New York University School of Law and graduated with honors from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with a law degree.
