Vickie is the Greater China Tax Leader of Ernst & Young (China) Advisory Limited. She has over 25 years of experience providing Chinese and international tax planning and consulting services to Fortune 500 multinationals, China domestic conglomerates and state-owned enterprises.
Vickie has an extensive experience in assisting multinational companies to formulate investment policies in China, structure design of corporate mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, corporate structure integration, supply chain management and other professional services. Vickie has also led through several significant state-owned enterprises and domestic private-owned conglomerates restructuring exercises from assessment to implementation, as well as gaining insights and practical experiences which appraised by clients to be one of the most insightful and reliable advisors.

EY Tax Services teams have an extensive experience in helping our clients, and work closely together to provide integrated services in areas ranging from tax planning, compliance and reporting, to tax technology services. Vickie takes an active role in developing digital tax solutions and methodologies.
For tax reforms in China, Vickie is in close communication with senior officials at the Ministry of Commerce (MOC), State Administration of Taxation (SAT), State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) and the local tax bureaus.
She is also frequently engaged in providing advice on tax issues faced by Chinese listed companies or to be listed in and outside China equity market. All of these assignments have created significant value to clients and have covered various parts of China including Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Shenzhen.
