How Jane is building a better working world

A better working world is not only the EY vision and purpose, but also my principle in everything I do. It is a dynamic process that requires consensus and actions, particularly joint effort to foster talent adaptive to the fast-changing era.

Aiming to build a multi-level training system for the auditing industry, I have been working with the Business School of Renmin University of China on the EY Auditing Practice project. As the guest professor and the enterprise coach, I give lectures to postgraduate students, helping them apply theory to solving real problems.
