Hua has more than 15 years of experience providing strategic consulting services to the life sciences industry. His clients cover the major stakeholders along the life sciences ecosystem, including pharma, medical device, hospital and insurance players. He has also supported private equity firms and state-owned investors in exploring the investment opportunities in the broader life sciences and healthcare industry.
His focus areas include corporate strategy, portfolio strategy, new product launch, market positioning, China investment assessment, and other deal relevant due diligence services, dedicated to the life sciences and healthcare industry.
Before joining EY, Hua led the consulting practice of a global leading life sciences professional firm. Hua has also performed a critical role in other global leading consulting firms.
Hua holds EMBA degrees from INSEAD and Tsinghua University, and master’s degrees from MIT, National University of Singapore, Sogang University and Korea National University.
He also holds bachelor’s degrees from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in various majors.
