Chris has over 15 years of management consulting and transaction advisory experience in Greater China. He is experienced in business strategy and transformation, integration and carve-out.
Since joining EY in 2012, he has served as a regional and country leader on numerous large-scale cross-border engagements.
Chris has led more than 100 acquisitions and divestitures in Greater China, focusing on assisting Fortune 500 corporations achieve inorganic growth and operational localization. His expertise spans pre-deal due diligence, integration/divestiture strategy and execution, and value creation.
As a core member of EY Greater Bay Area (GBA) Connect Team and EY Family Enterprise Taskforce in Hong Kong, Chris is passionate about advising corporates, private equities and family offices on growth and value creation.
He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Medical Engineering and Innovation Council under FHKI, advancing growth strategies and partnerships that strengthen Hong Kong’s medical engineering sector and enhance its innovation and competitiveness.
