Manos Xenos

Partner, Strategy and Transactions

Committed to living a life of service. Passionate about innovation at a human scale. Tech geek. Animal lover – maybe not snakes. Football, alpine skiing or scuba diving - depending on the season.

Bold goals require clear direction, and sound advice. As an EY-Parthenon Partner in our turnaround and restructuring practice, Manos guides clients in navigating complex business situations and environments.

Whether helping to overcome financial and operational distress, improve performance, pursue transactions or reimagine core strategies: Manos brings 20 years of industry and advisory experience to the table. He’s led transformational change for clients across a multitude of sectors and geographies. Manos thrives in traditional and agile project management settings and blends digital analytics, decision analysis, behavioral management and human-centered design.

Manos holds a Master’s of Business Administration from IESE Business School, in Barcelona, a Master’s in Strategy and Information Systems from ESCP-EAP in Paris and an undergraduate degree in business administration at the University of Piraeus, in Athens.

Fluent in English, French, Spanish and Greek, Manos is actively engaged in the broader community. He has served as a sell-side and buy-side advisor, coach and mentor on a number of high-profile transactions. He actively volunteers with entrepreneurial development organizations, including start-up accelerators, incubators and collision spaces.

How Manos is building a better working world

“We’re building a world that works better by collaborating side-by-side with our clients, and empathizing with their business challenges and opportunities. It is both inspiring and challenging to team effectively to create and execute winning strategies—especially in times of rapid change and uncertainty."
