The EY Masters in Sustainability by Hult builds on EY Badges, through which our people earn digital credentials through applied learning. Using the EY Badges as a base, the program has been designed to enhance understanding of environmental, governance and economic risks, and the opportunities that sustainability presents.
Students will undertake learning across key sustainability themes, including ethical behavior, responsible and inclusive business, creating long-term value through applying environmental, social and governance principles, addressing climate change and the low carbon economy, applying the power of impact entrepreneurship, and much more, including the growing field of sustainable finance. The program will offer hands-on guidance in some key skills, including systems thinking, stakeholder management, design thinking and project management. They will then apply the learning to real-world challenges by participating in a collaborative Creating Long Term Value Grand Challenge, and a final EY Ripples Sustainability Design Capstone.
The degree will equip EY professionals with the knowledge, practical skills and experience to design, develop and recommend business solutions that are consistent with environmental, social and governance principles and that create long-term value for our clients, people, and society.
It’s just one more way that EY is helping to build a better working world.
