Milka Natcheva is Partner and Assurance Leader for EY Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Albania, and Kosovo. She has been with EY for 20 years and became Partner back in 2015.
Milka has professional experience in auditing and accounting fields under the IFRS. She is in charge of the overall planning, coordination, and performance of the audit assignments in all phases, ensuring the timely completion and resolving of any issues arising during the engagements, communication with management, and the high quality of all services provided.
She leads audits of companies in the financial services, power and utilities, telecommunication and diversified industries sectors. Over the years, Milka has facilitated training events on IFRS matters and delivered lectures related to audit and financial reporting to colleagues within EY – both locally and throughout EMEIA and clients and regulators.
Milka holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Control from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria. She is a fellow of the UK Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPA) in Bulgaria and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
