An experienced finance advisor, who brings over two decades of international experience encompassing ASX, FTSE, Fortune 500, and BOVESPA companies, across Oceania, UK, US and Brazil. Her experience also includes private companies, government agencies, and roles that span audit, consulting and finance function leadership.

Sonia focuses on finance function enablement, process excellence, accounting and reporting, governance and control, people and capabilities, and enterprise risk management.

She utilises her knowledge and extensive experience to provide practical support to senior finance leaders as they navigate change, optimise their finance controllership, develop their team, and foster trust in their reporting.

Sonia is a chartered accountant (ICAS and CAANZ) and holds a Master of Arts in economics and business administration from the University of St. Andrews, and a Master of Science in coaching psychology from the University of Sydney.
