Paul is a Partner in the Financial Services Law team, and leads our New Zealand practice. With over 20 years’ experience as a financial services lawyer and investment banker in New Zealand, London and New York, Paul is an expert in banking, capital markets and financial services regulation. Paul has advised global financial institutions on major financial services regulatory and public and private securities issues. He has particular expertise in acquisition finance and debt structuring. Paul is admitted to the bar in New Zealand and New York.
