How Gamini is building a better working world

"Working with both public and entrepreneurial companies has enabled me to identify some of the common issues companies face early as they embark on their journey to help them accelerate their growth. We are able to share the collective knowledge EY has with entrepreneurs and seasoned executives to guide companies through their growth journey.

High performing teams are made of people who are engaged and provide diversity in thought. I have a passion for mentoring people both within EY and externally to reach their potential and strongly believe diversity and inclusiveness builds high performing teams."
