As the Founding Director of TeamKids, an Australian leader in high-quality Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services, Hoath has grown the company from a single school holiday program in 2011 to over 220 schools across the Eastern Seaboard, employing more than 2,500 staff. OSHC services provide invaluable support to families and schools, offering a safe, engaging environment for children while parents work, also contributing to their social, emotional, and educational development. His background in teaching and entrepreneurial spirit have been the driving forces behind TeamKids' success, proven with being the highest-rated OSHC provider under the National Quality Framework, a true reflection of its dedication to educational values and community service. TeamKids is distinguished by its commitment to being 100% Australian and teacher-owned, setting it apart from the majority of large competitors which are now owned by private equity firms.

Sam’s mission to enrich children’s lives beyond the OSHC industry has led to him diversifying and extending his portfolio of ventures to now include being the owner of Australia’s largest extra-curricular business, Kids Unlimited, launching TK TuckShop, a healthy online canteen option for schools and becoming a co-founder in one of Australia’s fastest growing anti-bullying programs called the Stand Up Project, set to be in around 200+ schools in 2025.
