What is Workforce Transactions, Mergers & Acquisitions Services?

Our People Advisory Services – HR Mergers & Acquisitions practice supports clients in Oceania and and across the world through mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and divestments. As the workforce represents a significant cost to organisations, we help clients to identify and manage people risks and issues associated with a transaction and to mitigate potential financial and commercial impacts.

Our team focuses on the people considerations from end-to-end of business transactions, helping clients to understand workforce terms, conditions and their obligations; and increasing the success of business transactions through human- centred change and transition strategies.
