What is Organisation and Workforce Transformation?

The Organisation and Workforce Transformation team collaborates with EY clients to help them take stock of disruptive future business trends, chart a course of action from current to future state and create a roadmap of opportunities to align their organisation and workforce.
You’ll help accelerate value by aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models, applying asset-enabled capabilities such as organisation design, workforce planning and analytics. Our EY professionals ask better questions and work with clients to create broad, innovative answers that help deliver quality results.

What could you be doing?

  • Help plan, co-design and deliver projects for clients, identifying business strategy imperatives for their organisation and workforce
  • Gain hands-on experience solving business challenges relating to organisation and workforce transformations, including but not limited to organisational design, workforce strategy, strategic workforce planning, talent management and future of work
  • Develop your leadership skills, enhancing your ability to work in diverse teams in project-based environments
  • Help restructure organisations and align talent for day one readiness and beyond, while meeting synergy commitments
  • Support the breaking down of silos with clients, while managing workforce costs and improving capabilities and talent mobility to drive productivity

Your career journey in Organisation and Workforce Transformation

As a graduate, you’ll be part of our 12-month graduate development program that has been developed for graduates in all service lines, and is focused on connection, learning and celebration.

The program will provide you with the opportunity to network with your peers from other service lines and geographies. Running in parallel to your technical learning, you will develop leadership skills to become a successful graduate, and as you grow as a transformative leader.

As an Organisation and Workforce Transformation graduate, you’ll take part in:-

  • Three-day Oceania People Advisory Services Graduate Program
  • People Advisory Services Solutions Lunch and Learn Series
  • Core Consulting Program

As a vacationer, after our company induction, you’ll start developing an understanding of how our Organisation and Workforce Transformation teams work and will be ready to work alongside teams on real client projects. You’ll meet other new vacationers from your office.

Your buddy and your counsellor will help you learn your way around the organisation, set your goals and plan your development while you’re here. You'll be well looked after with ongoing learning throughout the Vacationer Program with sessions facilitated by our Learning and Development team, Campus Recruitment team and service line specific training. The Vacationer Program is a great way to gain valuable audit experience, skills and networks to start building your career.
