                                        What is Immigration?

Our Global Immigration practice is a part of an international network of offices, and a worldwide team of People Advisory Services (PAS) professionals. Our Immigration team helps organisations with:

  • Advising on immigration risk and compliance for business, workers and business travellers
  • Sponsorship of overseas nationals to work in their business, including preparation and lodgement of necessary applications
  • Representing businesses on sponsorship, visa refusals, cancellations, and appeals to the tribunal and courts
  • Providing workshops and training on immigration compliance and global mobility strategies
  • Navigating frequent changes to immigration law, policy and process – it is a dynamic and complex area of the law, which keeps the needs of EY clients and the skills of EY immigration professionals evolving.
