What happens when your employer helps amplify your potential?

The Engage with EY program is designed to create a community of women who are interested in a career with EY. This 12-month program will provide the opportunity for you to join up to four virtual developmental and networking sessions.

We know you often need more than just a job advert to make a career move which is why we are giving you an opportunity to learn from our people’s diverse perspectives, skillsets and mindsets to see if EY is the right place for you. You’ll gain valuable insights into our culture and the opportunities available, all while equipping yourself with the tools and mechanisms to own your career.

This program is designed for women who have successfully built the foundations of their career. We are keen to hear from you if you want to continue to grow your skillset and expand your mindset and:

  • are interested in exploring career opportunities with EY now or in the future
  • are a professional with over 5 years of experience
  • ideally have experience working within professional services, consultancy, financial services or technology
  • are looking for a flexible full or part-time role, utilising the benefits of flexible working options including term-time working, school hours or simply flexible start and finish times

We also encourage applicants who have been on a career break to consider applying for the Engage with EY program.

Due to the developmental nature of this program, limited spaces are available. Engage with EY is designed for women and content will be tailored accordingly. Your eligibility for the program will be assessed based upon the future skillsets required at EY. You will be notified as to whether you have successfully joined the Engage with EY community. If for any reason you are unsuccessful, your profile will be added to the EY Talent Pool.

What does the Engage with EY program involve?

The program will connect you, a potential EY candidate, with EY people and leaders through a series of newsletters and virtual development sessions. We will provide you with insight into the world of consulting, the type of work we do and help you consider where you could potentially fit within EY. Through Engage with EY, we hope to support you to be intentional about your career, seeking out the experiences that will help you bring out the best in yourself and others.

When does it start and where is it based?

The Engage with EY program will run through to October 2021. Applicants will be eligible to join throughout the year, however to gain the most from the program, we recommend you apply before January 2021. The program is aimed at women who are interested in a career at EY, now or in the future. Given the virtual nature of the program, applicants can be based anywhere across Australia or New Zealand. Applications will open later in 2021.
